My wife and I spent eight days trekking in the Kackar Mountains in early July - basing ourselves in Yaylalar and Yukari Kavron. The walks we did were:
Korahmet Valley, Modut Valley, Ascent of Mt Kackar, south-north traverse from Ogulnar to Yukari Kavron and Samistal Plateau.

The weather was great, the scenery splendid and the wildflowers magnificent. I have posted a description of these walks plus photos on my website Photodiary of a Nomad (direct link is Climbing Mt Kackar and for the first part of this trip and Kackar Mountains Traverse for the second part.

In addition the routes can be downloaded for viewing in Google Earth and a GPX file of the tracks can also be downloaded.
