Trekking In Turkey: Long Distance Paths

We are planing to walk from fethiye to kabak on July. ıt's going to be really hot but its only a small route. Has anyone walked the way during summer? I would like to take any advice you can give. Some topics you can help with
will the hot weather be a really big problem?
how will be the water sources, will we still be able find any?
where can we find good info about the route, names of places we will pass from?
Does the way pass through Karakoyu when we start from Ovacık?
